NINA HOLLIEN

PRESIDENT / OWNER


Nina is a driven and passionate professional with 15 years of experience in the banking and accounting field. After earning her BSA degree from Suffolk University, she began her career in finance and quickly rose through the ranks, overseeing more than a billion dollars in cash management in the past decade. While she excelled in this field, Nina's true passion lies in the construction industry, and she is thrilled to bring her extensive knowledge and strong management skills, creating one of the few woman-owned insulating companies in the country, 

Raised by Portuguese immigrants, Nina was taught the values of hard work, responsibility, and respect from an early age. These traits have served her well throughout her career, and she intends to instill them in the culture of her company, Aura Insulators. She believes that by creating a desirable place to work and fostering a family atmosphere, she can build a team that others want to work with and that will provide high-quality insulation services to its clients.

JIM BULDINI

ESTIMATOR


Jim is an experienced professional with over 16 years of experience in the insulation industry. He began his career as a Local 6 apprentice, where he gained hands-on experience and developed a deep understanding of the field. After completing his apprenticeship, Jim moved on to hold site project roles as foreman and general foreman, where he demonstrated his leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.

Throughout his career, Jim has shown a dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the insulation industry, he has made the transition from the field to an estimator/project manager position.  In this role, Jim utilizes his expertise to estimate project costs, manage project timelines, and ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget. Jim is a valuable asset to the Aura Insulators team, and his contributions are instrumental in helping the company provide high-quality insulation services to its clients.

ROCKY BROOKS

SUPERINTENDENT OF INSULATION


With more than 20 years of experience in the mechanical insulation field, Rocky has held pivotal roles in leading insulation projects. He began his journey as an apprentice of Local 6 Boston and most recently spent the last 10+ years as a general foreman, gaining firsthand knowledge of the process, cultivating relationships, managing labor and developing a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the industry. Over the course of his career, Rocky has shown his passion for his field by holding positions on the executive board of Local 6, and was selected as a union delegate in 2022.       

As a labor superintendent, Rocky is responsible for overseeing all aspects of insulation projects from planning and execution to delivery. He expertly manages labor teams, ensuring seamless coordination among various trades, and maintains strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. He is certified in OSHA, CPR/First Aid, Confined Space and MEWPS training.
